The identity card

Extract more safety with the tci identity-card. All systems are delivered with a removeable identity-card.

• a duplicate of the identy-card is mounted on the chassis. One card can be removed and the other one stays on the chassis.

The tci identity-card is delivered with all systems. This card shows all necessary informations for the user. On its face it includes tci’s adress and phone number of the support. The back states the systems’ serial number and the component- or type-ID that is identical to tci’s internal descriptions. In this way you can identify easily CPU, HDD-typ or operating system.Two tci indentity-cards in cheque card form are fitted on the chassis and are easily to remove. Therefore it ensures an easy and uncomplicated processing of potential system enhancements, general questions, installation assistance or support issues.
